It is my mission to help individuals and organisations make their own success more deliberate. My vision is to impact a continent and a generation by developing and cultivating the desire in each person and particularly leaders, to be relevant and effective in their areas of specialty. Fostering a well defined mission, the right work ethic to execute & a leadership brand to craft an inspiring legacy. The launch of Making Success Deliberate Institute (MSDI) and related initiatives like our Personal Effectiveness & Leadership Excellence (PELE) training will make this achievable at a continental level by December 2017.
We will champion the Personal Effectiveness & Leadership Excellence (PELE) national and continental initiative to promote African leadership exuding excellent Personal brands, Action-Execution (productive work ethic) brands and Leadership Excellence brands.

The company was incorporated in 2005. The combined and cumulative experience encompasses solutions for the public and private sectors.Our knowledge and experience is comprehensive yet focused, in order to bring measurable results and add value to our customers. We work with all of our clients in order to deliver customized solutions and help to Make Success Deliberate in the most significant business issues, creating a competitive advantage that lasts. We have decades of accumulated hands-on experience in diverse industries and we are not afraid to go beyond the standard solutions to find new insights. The company draws on the wisdom of a Board of Advisors comprising of two chartered accountants, two bankers, a chaplain and a lawyer. Our interventions run under the Making Success Deliberate Institute (MSDI).
